Tiffin, OH - The Seneca County Young Professionals (SCYP) presented a $1000 donation to First Call for Help during their 2021 Annual Kick-Off event on Friday, January 29 at IronWood Steakhouse.
SCYP has three areas of focus including Grow (professional development), Connect (social and networking) and Inspire (service and philanthropy). Giving a gift such as this to a local nonprofit each year has traditionally been a part of the group’s philanthropic goal each year. The main source of the gift comes from the Downtown Pizza Party event which has been chaired by board member, Bryce Riggs.
“It’s always great to give back to the community, especially through an event as fun as the Downtown Pizza Party,” said Riggs. “We look forward to carrying on the tradition.”
